‘ Our Silence Is Not for Sale’ campaign
The Our Silence Is Not for Sale campaign, led by Working Women’s Centre Australia, seeks to end the misuse of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that silence working women who experience sexual harassment and discrimination. The campaign raises awareness of how NDAs can be used to prevent individuals from speaking about misconduct and calls for legal reform to ensure survivors retain autonomy over their experiences. Its goal is to promote transparency, accountability, and safer workplace cultures.
