Women’s Legal Service Tasmania cares about what happens to you and we want to hear from you. We will always take what you tell us seriously and do our best to fix any worry you might have.

A worry or complaint might be:

  • a decision you think is wrong

  • how you have been treated

  • something we have said or done that makes you feel upset

  • anything you are worried about

You can also use this form if you want to tell us what we are doing well, or if something good has happened.

Do you need someone else to talk to?

Kids Helpline

If you’d like to talk to someone else, Kids Helpline can help. They provide free, 24/7, confidential and private counselling for children and young people aged five to 25 years old.

We won’t tell anyone else this information or use it for any other reason than for dealing with your complaint, except when we are worried that you (or someone else) are not safe or might be harmed.
