Katrina is a for-purpose leader focused on empowering others to deliver to their strengths. 

With more than 25 years’ experience leading teams across banking, finance, retail and not-for-profit sectors, her philosophy centres around leaving Tasmania in a better place than she found it.  She believes collaboration and strong local partnerships are important success factors together with rectifying gender imbalance. 

Katrina is currently CEO of Girl Guides Tasmania and a Board Member of Landcare Tasmania. 

She brings finance, corporate, and governance skills to the Board of Women’s Legal Service Tasmania plus a passion for providing safe spaces for women and girls to reach their full potential - without barriers.
