Sally is a communications, strategy development, engagement and social impact leader with more than 20 years’ experience across the private, public and community sectors.

Founder and Managing Director of Esprit – the Human Element, Sally works with organisations on strategic communications and engagement, helping to strengthen their social impact and turn commitments into practical, lasting change within communities. She is also currently completing her Master’s in Systemic and Behavioural Change.

Sally is passionate about gender equity, the prevention of family and sexual violence, and creating safer and more equitable systems for women and children.
